The Blue Revolution at the West Coast Yoga Foundation on June 19th

West Coast Yoga Foundation Website Date: June 19th, 2016 Time: 6:40 – 8:25 pm Location: Junction Park, Squamish Join the Loka Yoga Whistler crew for an elemental master class to experience the special asanas connected to water, integrated into a beautiful moving Vinyasa yoga sequence. Here we unite the different aspects of yoga so you can experience the transformative power of Vinyasa practice at a deeper level. At the heart of both yoga and Sea Shepherd’s mission is a realization that everything is connected. An unravelling of the ocean will be the unravelling of life on the whole of the planet. We are part of these communities of change-makers who have realized that our actions make our world and we all have the power to create something better. As Gandhi said, “The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world’s problems.”

The main teacher and assistants are able to work with each student individually. Initially, students may require more attention, but as they become proficient in their practice, they are allowed more independence, receiving adjustments and assistance only when required.
